  • Innovation and agility: A confident business is innovative and agile, and it can adapt to changes and challenges in the marketplace.
  • Positive culture and values: A confident business has a positive and inclusive culture, and it is guided by a set of values that reflect its mission and purpose.

How can I gauge my employee's confidence?

There are several ways to gauge the confidence of your employees, and it is important to regularly assess and monitor their confidence levels to support their growth and development.

Signs of poor confidence:

  1. How engaged are they? Confident employees are typically more engaged, assertive, and proactive, and they are willing to take the lead and contribute their ideas.
